Knowledge Management

This track focuses on applying natural language understanding and principles of epistemology to create explorable semantic knowledge graphs. Most business have ever growing amounts of internal knowledge and require novel methods to access it. The works include:

Computational Modelling

The modelling track applies computational methods such as machine learning and data science to gain insights into real-world phenomena:

• Predictive modelling of real-world systems

• Behaviour analysis and research

Research Engineering

Each project is unique in its requirements and rarely involve off-the-shelf solutions from big providers. The research engineering team help us and our clients implement novel solutions in a feasible way adapting to the needs of projects. This includes:

• Implementing novel algorithms and methods

• Provisioning and / or deploying prototypes

• Advising on data storage, efficiency and access

Neuro-symbolic Reasoning

Neurosymbolic systems aim to explore the best of both worlds: neural networks for low level perception and symbolic methods for high level reasoning. Our work in this field attempts to combine sound logical reasoning on top of neural models and include:

• End-to-end differentiable neuro-symbolic methods

• Logic based inference for optimal decision making
